Changing the colour of a vector...

Hi guys, I need to get some logos printed as stickers and to avoid high artwork costs I am changing them from Raster into Vector myself using Live Trace. It all seems to work fine in Black and White but not so well in Color. They are all one color logos so it would seem the simplest option is to convert them into B&W vectors then recolour them, how do I simply change their color? Sorry very new to this!

Also any other advice on things I might be doing wrong would be great! Thanks again!
