Hello.
I sure the answer is simple, but I can't seem to get rid of the hand tool. No matter what other tool I click on the hand tool remains.

It doesn't appear to be. I mean it seems to be functioning normally when I type. ? ? ? ?

It only seems to happen when I have a jpeg photo open. What does that mean?
I was playing around with your fine tutorial on bending gradient brushes, and no hand tool. So it must be the photo. ? ? ?
