Logo with transparency

I'm trying to create a file from AE that I can use in Premiere. I created the file showing my logo with a couple of effects.

How do I then export/import it into Premiere so that the video in Premiere will show through the logo?

You need to ensure that you are exporting in a format that supports an alpha channel.

I'm not at my graphics station at the moment, but when I am I will take a screen grab and post it showing you.

You need to convert your logo into a mask, and then subtract/add the area, so the image behind the logo will show through.
