How can I do this !!

Hi all , Can anyone tell me how can I do this style ??? See the shadow under the car...if who know the answer, Please plase

Are you talking about the shadow, or the reflection? Both are pretty easy. I'll assume you have isolated the car onto its own layer.

Shadow - Make a new layer. Take your lasso tool (set to Polygonal) and draw a diamond shape that has 4 points - 1 underneath each tire. Fill the selection with black. Deselect. Apply Gaussian Blur to achieve desired softness of shadow. Set the layer mode to Multiply, then lower its opacity to achieve desired lightness of the shadow.

Reflection - Duplicate the car layer. Flip vertical. Slide it straight down until the tires of the now-upside down duplicate just touch the right-side-up original car's tires (you may need to Free Transform and skew or rotate a bit, depending on the perspective of the shot.) Lower the reflection layer's opacity as desired, possibly change blend mode to Overlay or another mede - play with it to see what looks best. Sometimes I'll give the reflection a bit of a Motion Blur (straight up and down). I also like to fade the reflection by applying a Layer Mask to the reflection layer, then applying a white-to-black gradient on the mask.
