Hi all!

Im usually not a great fan of baseline...i think its annoying because sometimes i want text to have more than one leading, and with baseline i have t select that text and put that i don't want to follow the baseline bla bla bla.
However, i know using the baseline creates a more consistent and profissional work. I wanted to know, is it possible to create more than one baseline?

Well, I was working with baselines today, fantastic to work with for a certain look and feel. I can post up more on it tomorrow. I don't have the file with me at the moment, and I don't particularly feel like making a new one :)

Anyway, if nobody has suggestions in 14 hours time, then I'll be back. In the meantime I won't be in the office until tomorrow.

If you use CS3 or 4 you can set the base line per text frame. The base line can be stored n the object style.

You can set paragraph styles to conform to baseline or not.
The whole point of baselines is to give order, so if you have too many exceptions it does question the point of having a rule.
