Hi everyone.
I've got a big problem where I work and need some help, any advice would be great, thanks.
We have recently changed from a PC to a Mac and I'm having problems when printing. The colours don't seem to be as vibrant as they should be and the black has a slight greyish quality to it.
We've called out the engineer to see if its anything to do with the printer (we use a colour Aficio Richio printer-well, its actually a copier machine) they said its nothing to do with the printer its something to do with the application-Illustartor CS3. We didn't have this problem when printing from the PC-apparently the PC sorts the colours out itself or something!
I print other graphics/documents from Photoshop and InDesign CS3-they seem okay colour wise, it just seems to be illustrator-which we use for most of our manuals.
Any ideas/advice would help a great deal (I've already spent too much time trying to sort this problem out).
