Hello,

I recently filmed a clip that was projected on a screen in a sports arena.
I was sitting on the benches to the left side so the image has a distorted image but also a lot of movement of the camera as it was free handed
I has the Adobe master collection and also the Apple Final Cut studio but don't know if these can do this
I want to track the moving image and proportional crop it to leave a complete 4:3 image
I have mo idea how to get this sorted out...
Anyone got some ideas in either program?

You can stabilize motion using the motion tracking features in After Effects.

You can correct for perspective using corner pinning.

See these sections of After Effects Help:

Check out this tutorial from Pro Juice to help you out. It shows some motion tracking and corner pin techniques for compositing video into a billboard with hand held footage.
