Opening PDF trys to launch URL with EXE - Want to remove it

Hi,
I have a PDF and every time you open the file it tries to launch a URL (pointing to an EXE). So its not friendly and I would like to remove the URL from the file. But I don't know how? Right now I have the URL blocked from my trusted sites, but I need to pass this information on at work and don't want to forward the URL. Its potentially dangerous. Can you help me?

found it.

View > Navigational Panels > Pages.

Right click on the 1st page and go to Page Properties.

Go to the Actions tab and delete the action to open a URL on that page.

easy enough.
