Hey
I came across this great site run by some guys in Australia. It has a bunch of cool VFX, Editing and Music tutorials. Its called Pro Juice (http://www.projuice.org).
This one was particularly cool - Kung Fu Energy Ball (http://www.projuice.org/KungFuEnergyBall.html)
There was also some cool tips on motion tracking, colour grading and light effects.
