I have Adove Premiere Elements 3.0 on Windows XP Pro machine.
Recently I got a new PC. I moved all data to new PC and reinstalled Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 program.
Right now, I could not open my prel file. When doubled click on prel file, I received the following error from Premiere Elements:
"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."
Could you help me??? Thanks!:( :(
