How to touch the sharp photo?

I don't know how to sharpen, clear and remove a noise after resize the photo?
Do you know how can fix it????

umm... did you enlarge this art by chance?

there is only so much you can do with art that is that bad... this looks like it was stretched past 200% enlargement and that is why its so fuzzy most likely.

tip... when enlarging and reducing... go in small increments until you get to the size you need... you will likely get better results. However, you can only enlarge something so much before it just looks awful and not worthy of print or screen display and no sharpening talent in the world will make it look like it should. This image is one of those... you might be able to sharpen a little to help but you are not going to get much detail out of this pic.:cool:

It's been compressed to severely to be any real use. You could help it a bit by pumping up the ink at least before sharpening like this.
