Yes it is just a bit off. I do think the center point in the center while taking pictures would help. Was this sample centered or not? But if it's just 5 out of 400 I guess you might need to go the old route I mentioned above.

yes this one was pretty well centered in my viewfinder. i will try to observe whether the problem occurs with images not as centered. but as i said, undo and recropping is always a fix.
