Layers TV: Episode 119
The New Season! Corey and RC have returned with the first episode of the new season. RC introduces ‘everyday design’, a segment in which he breaks down how he would go about designing a random graphic element from everyday life. This week he is inspired by a can of oatmeal. Follow RC’s workflow as he locates a specific font, finds stock images, and combines those elements in Photoshop with strokes, layer masks, fill opacity, and eventually uses smart objects and the 3D tools inside Photoshop CS4 Extended. Corey has a tutorial about transferring settings from one Wacom tablet to another.

Welcome back guys. I hate to say it, but I don’t care for the new intro or your “set”…it doesn’t feel nearly as friendly (or real) as the old one.
Looking forward to more Wacom tablet tips!
