- These Scripts are free for anyone to download and install
- Dr. Brown's 1-2-3 Process is a an image processor script that's great for batch processing
- Check them out and enjoy
RC answers a viewer question about turning an image into a cartoon using Illustrator.
- Open Illustrator and place the graphic or image you want to work on
- Open the Live Trace command and apply it to your image
- Experiment with the Threshold and Minimum Are settings to get the look you want
- Clicking on the Expand button will convert the image into vectors
- Open up your color swatch and start playing around by adding some color to different parts of your image
- There are a lot of possibilities and variations using this creative technique
