RC is really excited about all of the new upgrades in Flash CS4 and shares some of his favorites.

Users can revert back to the old Flash layout by going to the classic workspace
Tweening has gotten a lot easier in CS4. The selection tool can be used to change tween direction, change its position, and more
Users can modify the path of the tween and easily create curved paths
The new motion editor has all kinds of attributes to adjust and experiment with
Motion settings can be saved and applied as presets. There are motion default presets available in Flash already

Corey talks about using presets in InDesign.

Using style presets can help to keep things consistent between multiple users on the same InDesign project
Create a shape object in a new InDesign document
Apply object effects to the shape
Go to the object styles menu and save the settings as a preset. You can also assign a keyboard shortcut to the object style
That saved preset can now be applied to any new object and will be consistent throughout the project
