Corey has a tutorial about how a layered document travels from Illustrator to Photoshop.
- Open an Illustrator project and and open the layers panel
- Use the release to layers sequence command to put all of the elements on their own layers
- Go to export and choose the PSD file format
- Open the exported document in Photoshop
- Notice that after opening the document in Photoshop, all of the elements are on their own individual layers
RC talks about using web widgets with Dreamweaver CS4.
- Dreamweaver CS4 includes a link to Adobe Developer Exchange
- Users have to create an Adobe account. Sign in with your new account and download the app of your choice
- Create a new site in Dreamweaver and open a blank document
- Import images and thumbnails
- Use the quick tab to create phatfusion gallery
- Use the picwhip to replace the images and thumbnails with the ones you want to display
- Experiment with these apps and see what’s out there. It’s all free!
