I have CS4 and I can’t seem to find the photoshop texture folder to load the Rust Flakes texture. Any ideas….

I was stuck here too, but (atleast in CS4) it’s the Transform pallette where you affect the Height (H) and put 2 (it was less than 1″)… this more than doubles the height, so when you do the arc it doesn’t get all squished.

For some reason I am stuck at step 3. No matter what I do I can’t get the Photoshop Effects option highlighted under the Effects menu. What do you suggest?
