Adobe Media Encoder CS4 takes the place of several tools that users had to rely on for processing and compression. The Adobe Media Encoder converts to several different formats, including formats for web and mobile devices. There are also speech transcription option and batch processing.

You made this tutorial very easy. Thank you very much. Do you have any recommendations for what settings are best to upload HD video to youtube or motionbox? I just finished editing a 20 min long family movie in CS4 and I would like to compress the video for HD view online. Can you please help me on that? Thanks

I was looking for a way to sort the list of files in the encoder. Did I overlook the obvious or is this feature still missing?

It’s all in how you add them . All Encoders are this way.
