Quick, Select the Whole Object Using Your Direct Selection Tool
You’re working with the Direct Selection tool; editing the anchor points of an object. What’s the fastest way to select the WHOLE object?
Using your Direct Selection tool, just click on the Fill of the object to select the entire object. If it doesn’t have a Fill, select an Anchor Point, press the “v” key on your keyboard to switch to the Selection tool and click to select the whole object.
