Save A Logo for Your Client to Use
The most common request I get from my freelance clients is, “Can you save that Illustrator logo in a way that I can use in MS Word?” “Of course,” I answer. And a couple of minutes later, I email the logo to them.
The easiest way to save a logo for use in Word or any MS Office program is File > Save for Microsoft Office. Or, if you want more control of the Export, go to File > Export and choose PNG as the Format. It takes just seconds, and it will help you avoid those follow up calls about the file being grayed out or looking terrible in Word.
