Hey everyone. Hope you guys had a great weekend. Let’s kick it off with a couple of things out there on the internet.

Flash on The Iphone – An Update
On Friday, Bloomberg news reported that Adobe and Apple continue to work on the development of Flash for the Iphone, with the problem laying in how effective Flash runs on the Iphone. Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen stated in the Bloomberg report, “It’s a hard technical challenge, and that’s part of the reason Apple and Adobe are collaborating…The ball is in our court. The onus is on us to deliver.”

Layer Tennis is Back
Adobe and Coudal partners are bringing back Layer Tennis. If you havent heard about it, let the Layer Tennis site tell you what it’s about:

“We’ll be playing matches using video, animation, sound, photos, type and lots more, but the basic idea is the same no matter what tools are in use. Two competitors will swap a file back and forth in real-time, adding to and embellishing the work. Each artist gets fifteen minutes to complete a “volley” and then we post it to the site live. A third participant, a writer, provides play-by-play commentary on the action, as it happens. A match lasts for ten volleys and when it’s complete, Season Ticket Holders tell us what they think and we’ll declare a winner, so sign up today.
