Undoing Beyond Your Last Save
Multiple Undo’s (Edit > Undo) may be a new feature in other layout programs, but it has been around for a while in InDesign. Depending on how much RAM you have, you can literally Undo or Redo hundreds of steps in your layout process. I recently discovered that if you make a really big mistake and save afterwards, it’s no big deal. You can actually turn back the clock beyond your save with multiple Undo’s and save at a point before the mistake took place. This can be an amazing lifesaver.
